Purified Water
Purified water in magnesium oil ensures a clean, gentle base that enhances absorption and effectiveness, allowing the magnesium to work efficiently on muscles and skin.
- Application: Shake the bottle before use. Apply 3-4 sprays to the soles of your feet and your stomach. Massage gently until absorbed. After your body has adapted extend to sprays on areas where you need it most, legs, arms, etc.
- Frequency: For optimal results, apply 1-2 times daily. For children, apply to their feet only for 4 weeks before spraying onto their tummies as well and monitor for any signs of irritation.
- Dealing with Tingling: Some people may experience a tingling or light stinging sensation upon first use. This is normal and typically subsides within 5-20 minutes. If discomfort persists, dilute the oil further with water or a carrier oil and start with applying to less sensitive areas of the body, such as the feet.
- Patch Test: If you are using magnesium oil for the first time, apply a small amount to a less sensitive area, such as the feet, and observe for any adverse reactions before wider application. You might have to dilute the spray with water or a carrier oil and allow some time for your body to adapt to the spray.
